Dr. Elisa J.M. de Koning

Lisa de Koning is a PhD student in the research group of Laura Heitman at LACDR, Leiden University. Her projects focus on the molecular pharmacology of cannabinoid type 2 receptor with a connection to cancer. Before starting her PhD in 2024, Lisa finished a Master Biomedical sciences including a CB2R related internship at the university of Barcelona, which formed a solid foundation for her research.
