Dr. Sandra Carrillo

Dr. Sandra Carrillo is a Medical Doctor and Surgeon with a Master’s Degree in Health Services Management and a Diploma in Research Epidemiology from CES University. She is a professor at CES University (Colombia), where she co-created the Diploma Certification on Therapeutic Applications of Cannabinoids in Clinical Practice. Dr. Carrillo also teaches cannabinoid medicine at the University of Barcelona and serves as Academic Director and professor for certification programs in Colombia, Ecuador, and internationally. She is the co-founder of the Colombian Medical Cannabis Association (ASOMEDCCAM) and Medicann IPS Medical Cannabis Clinics. She has been invited to speak at leading institutions including Johns Hopkins, UCLA, the University of Maryland, and Harvard. Dr. Carrillo also serves on the board of the Association of Cannabinoid Specialists (ACS).
